The Campus Police Department’s primary responsibility is to provide for the safety and protection of our students, staff and visitors. We are the primary law enforcement agency on campus and our officers have full police officer powers of arrest (ILCS 110, Act 805, Sec. 42.1). All of our Officers have received extensive training in administration of justice classes and additionally must complete a number of state-mandated courses.
